Declutter or “edit” a hotspot and then meditate for a few minutes. I also read a few Bible verses.

Self Care checklist
Try apple cider vinegar, oil pulling, and maybe prep your neti pot, write with your non dominant hand, and then sit down for a whole minute.

Gentle Movement
Complete a small task while thinking about how to incorporate exercise into your day and then gently move and stretch your body.

Mom time out: get grounded.
Mom time: finish a small task you procrastinated on and then massage your feet.
